Pet Paintings

My parents' cat is 18. She's a sweet lady, but isn't doing so well. For Christmas, I wanted to get a painting made of her. I am interested in more of a Fauvism style a la Matisse. She's the little cat with me in my profile pic. I am looking to stay around $100 for a painting, but can work with pricing. Does anyone have an artist friend who fits the bill?
