I'm a chef who's main interest is promoting local, sustainable food. I love meeting farmers and local artisans, they are the unsung heroes of our community. Every Monday I spotlight some of their local products in an event called "Localvore Mondays." It's a 4 course celebration of the amazing bounty available to us from right here in our community. It cost $35 dollars, and is available from 5pm to 10pm every Monday at the Bookhouse Pub.

Success would be forging a position for myself where I am able to help change public conception about the responsibility we all carry when it comes to the food we choose to put into our body.
