A good friend of mine Larry (the contact for this position) sent this to me in case I knew someone who might be interested. With all the creative folks in this group, I thought someone might be!

Hey all .. In case you haven't seen it yet, here tis. There's a million things I'd change, of course, but for my first time on LIVE national tv ... getting interviewed by THAT GUY via teleprompter ... well, I'll take a partial win.
Hey guys. Sheesh, the things they don't tell you before you go on live national television!

Urban Cannibals has been selected as one of 10 finalists in Daily Candy's "Start Small, Go Big" Contest. Vote for them to help them win $10,000! Great job Doria and Calavino!
We're picking up where we left off a few months ago with digitally interviewing awesome entrepreneurs! This will be a regular series in which we conduct ichat interviews with entrepreneurs both locally and not, some within Lady Rogue Business Network, others supporters from a distance.

In the spirit of collaboration that Lionel Flax mentioned at the meeting last week, I wanted to offer some basic legal help to the new business owners out there. So, I wrote an article this morning about how to form a basic LLC entity that will protect your personal assets and provide some nice tax benefits.
A lot of LRBN members are busy working full-time while trying to launch a new business or get a fledgling business off the ground. It's understandable to want to use the corporate e-mail account, mobile phone, Blackberry or iPhone to send messages regarding your personal business. What if your employer finds out and doesn't like it? The Supreme Court is getting ready to decide how much privacy we can expect while using corporate e-mail accounts. It's worth a read for all busy… Continue

Hi gang ... some of you asked about receiving these blog posts in your inbox. I looked into a 'weekly digest' option, but I think that will need to be hand-written, which is time consuming.
Let's give this hands-off option a try.
Subscribe to the RSS feed for the Blog Posts. Here's the address:
Hey guys ... I noticed our last two blog posts were rather promotional in nature. We are all here to promote our ventures and share expertise, but I'd rather we kept these blog posts in the nature of educational/requests for help/great things we read/etc.
I needed personalized cards for Thank You notes in the night club industry. I contacted Natalie and told her what I had in mind. She created a packet of cards for me at a great price. She's really awesome to work with and very fast at producing them. Keep her in mind if you ever need personalized cards made for your business or personal needs.
The final design is below and links to her profile on LRBN.
